- Hannah and Ayo were preparing the online presentation concept. Hopefully they will present it at the September meeting.
- A successful online presentation is a combination of reading and video quality.
- The reading quality:
- The reading quality is based on practicing reading slowly with feeling.
- Setting the microphone on your computer high enough for viewers to hear clearly.
- The video quality has 5 components.
- Background – Clean simple or interesting background
- No bright light behind you – Do not have windows in the background
- Have sufficient light in front of you so your face is lit equally or brighter than the background
- Place the text you are reading on the screen so that when you are reading you are looking at the audience.
- Make sure the computer camera is positioned so that viewers are not looking up your nose while you are reading
